We care about the privacy of your data and creations. This policy explains how ZlipAI handles information while providing the service.
Information we process
To provide account access, AI generation, point purchases and creation management, we process account information, media, generation records and payment status that you submit. To measure installs and improve the product, we may also process device and app information, app-instance identifiers, coarse network information, anonymous account identifiers, and page, template, generation and purchase event status. Analytics events do not include email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, tokens, full prompts, media URLs or payment credentials.
How we use information
We use this information to deliver product features, protect accounts and transactions, measure advertising and install conversion, understand feature usage, and improve generation and playback.
Third-party services
TraceFlow/AdsTrace (Android) supports install-source and advertising attribution and may process app package, version, signing-certificate digest, channel and click parameters, device model, screen, time zone, language and install source; it does not collect GAID, IMEI, Android ID, contacts or location. Amplitude (iOS and Android) supports product analytics and improvement and may process device and app information, coarse network information, an anonymous install identifier, event activity, purchases and generation status.
Advertising identifiers
The current version does not read IDFA or Android Advertising ID and does not show an ATT prompt solely for this analytics and attribution setup. If future use or SDK configuration changes, we will update our disclosures and request permission where platform rules require it.
